Everyone loves to eat out, and we’re no exception, but one of our favorite activities is taking the dishes that we see out in the world, and we bring them back to our home kitchen. Neither of us have any culinary training. We’re just a couple of foodies who love the process of cooking from the idea stage through shopping, experimentation, pairings with side dishes and drinks, and finally plating and serving.
